Baby massage course for parents
Babies thrive on physical contact. Massage can be relaxing for both babies and parents, whilst offering an additional way to get connected with your little one. By massaging your baby you may remove pain, fear or sorrow and convey the peace and quiet that every baby and notably the hyperactive and colicky ones need so badly.
Baby massage does demand specific knowledge and skill because these tiny humans are very sensitive and vulnerable. AHA-Massage now offers a training course for parents who would like to learn the specific techniques to give their babies a thorough massage.
The method we teach is called Shantala. This method originates from India where it’s quite commonplace for mothers to give their baby a massage.
AHA-Massage is officially certified to offer Shantala classes. Each training course consists of four consecutive sessions of one to one-and-a-half hours. The number of participants varies from two to six.
