“My higher education in sports carried me from the quiet town of Hellevoetsluis to the “big city” of The Hague. By now I’m quite well “assimilated” and I consciously choose this nice city “behind the dunes” for my further future.
I’ve had all kinds of jobs since childhood. I started earning some extra money tomatoe picking and delivering newspapers, but lateron I have been working for quite some time in an old people’s home. In this job I first experienced the joy of meaning something for someone. During my studies I was employed at the desk of the Sports Academy, a job demanding service and client focus. Once more on this post I realized how much of a “people’s player” I am.
My other interest is in sports and health. I have been training a group of “trim hockeyers” and right now I’m coaching children at Holland’s first hockey school Panasj.
I can’t imagine a better job than massaging! During my studies I got the chance of qualifying myself as a sports masseur and this course only increased my enthusiasm for the wonderful profession of a masseur. That’s how AHA Massage came onto my path.
Considering my experience in sports and sporters I’ll be dealing with sports and classical massage among other things. Interesting me even more is that massaging offers one the opportunity to give people some rest in their busy existence.
